Our initial consultation is free of charge. We will complete a desk top evaluation of the site and report to you on the;

· Land - area nett & gross
· Stormwater & Sewer serviceability
· Existing dwelling - details.

Resource Consent Preparation

To progress the project further we would need to complete further investigation of your site, once this has been compiled we would meet and present the following:
· a detailed breakdown of typical costs associated with this type of subdivision
· an explanation of the procedural process and associated costs to complete the initial investigation
· list the known council and service provider issues
· complete a brief for the design build of the new dwelling and estimated costs of the same
Once this is completed we would proceed to full Resource Consent documentation and submission.
