How does Style ensure you get the result you want
Style will complete a home specification with you to ensure your home is exactly how you want it. The specification covers finishes, appliances, cabinetry - both kitchen and bathrooms, roof and exterior wall cladding, flooring, insulation, tapware, electrical, AV - audio visual, doors, hardware etc, etc. We itemise every single item so that there are no surprises.
Style will help and guide your interior decorating decisions, our years of experience knowing what does and doesn't work will ensure you don't get it wrong. Suggesting and guiding you through the various possible colour combinations will ensure your home looks and feels just how you want it.
Style, with our Architectural Designers, meet with you, take your brief and then prepare a scheme plan for discussion, review and then finalise your design.
Style will check the title to your land, any covenants, operative and proposed district plans and the Building Act to assess the suitability of your project. Also any physical site features, like size and position of existing trees, pools, adjacent properties, driveways etc will be assessed to see if they impact the building.
